Welcome to my page. 

Spice It Up is a collection of recipes from my past and present which I want to share with you. They are mostly recipes from South Asia and the Indian sub continent which I learnt to make from an early age in my mums kitchen .These recipes are so special as they have been handed down over many  generations.  There are many interesting and funny stories behind these recipes, some of which I will share along the way. 

I have also added a number of other more modern recipes - my own; which I have created and tweaked over the years..... 

I really hope you enjoy this journey with me through the past, present and to the future.....
